Direct access to the sanctuary, scenic views of the hills, strong WiFi access
Awful sound insulation between rooms!!! The distance to the parking area makes it inconvenient for those with luggage!!! A lack of designated common areas leaves little space for relaxation!!! Room furnishings feel outdated!!!

The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
The heater in my room was not working!! The staff tried to help but in vain. I was also partly to be blamed because i was too lazy to move once i settled in.

Location was good and staff was super friendly.

No sound insulation meant I could hear everything, including showers and guests partying. They definitely should have upgraded my room for the chaos. Breakfast cut off at 9 was absurd for travelers. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

I stayed the hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children. We stayed in a triple room with very basic aminities - only luxuary was a wall mounted19-20 inch flat screen TV with 20+ channels. The room and toilet was seen clean but there was no kettle or drinking water available in our room. The location was good as the Hotel was not so far from the Grotto. A very basic hotel for one or two nights, but the next time we would stay somewhere else ! Thanks

I stayed for 3 nights in a Single Room. The place was spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfy. The WiFi was great, and I appreciated the English news on TV. The super nice team and cute, especially Cathy at the front desk. Good value for the price!

Excellent and clean property with nice service and good value. Big building and rooms with new wc. Good and excellent location just next door to restaurants and bus stops, shopping area and the sanctuary, only 5 minutes walk from a byzantine-style church.

The buffet dinners were a hit with our group, offering plenty of options. Staff were helpful, and the location felt peaceful but close to everything we wanted to see.
One issue we faced was the lack of air conditioning control. The front desk didn't assist much when we asked about it, made for an uncomfortable night.

The location and the fact that the staff was very helpful and spoke several languages:french, english, spanish.
The internet did not work as expected, unable to connect in the room in the morning - they run out of everything for breakfast and they did not replenish enough quantity for everyone having breakfast that morning.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was for what we paid. Jacuzzi was nice too. And only 5 minutes walking to the basilica.
